Coverage may vary depending on the surface, installation depth and arrangement of the stones.

Transport and Delivery

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:30pm are dispatched the same day and delivered using a free next-working-day service across most UK locations.

Orders weighing up to 200kg are normally delivered by DX in boxes. Larger orders above 200kg are delivered on a pallet through TPN – The Pallet Network. Pallet deliveries are made to a firm and level kerbside location that is accessible with a pallet truck.

Packaging:

• 1kg supplied as a small sample pack
• 10kg supplied in protective parcel packaging
• 20kg supplied in a strong, manageable bag
• Orders up to 200kg are packed into multiple boxes
• Orders above 200kg are securely packed and delivered on a pallet

All shipments are carefully protected to reduce movement and damage during transport.
